Tom
Gill
Chairman
and Co-Founder
Tom served as a
director, President and Chief Executive Officer of FORE Systems, Inc.,
a developer and manufacturer of high-speed networking equipment. He
also served as FORE’s Chief Operating Officer, prior to which
he served as the Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and
Treasurer, beginning in 1993. He also serves on the board of several
privately held technology firms. Currently, Tom is the President of
SALTT Development Company, LLC, a real estate development and
construction company headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Tom received a
Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of
Pittsburgh.

Chintu Parikh
Board
Member and Co-Founder
Chintu has more than nine
years of experience and worked with a number of high-tech startups to
help them develop their market entry strategy, product offerings and
business plan. The recipient of numerous awards and national
recognition for his entrepreneurial work, Chintu received graduate
education in business and technology at Carnegie Mellon University, a
global pioneer in wireless LANs. At CMU, Chintu got first-hand
experience of WLAN by studing wireless technogies, technology
management, product marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining Carnegie
Mellon, Chintu was Manager of eBusiness Technology for Shiloh
Industries, a leading automotive supplier based in Cleveland. He
started the eBusiness department at Shiloh in early 2000 and
successfully spearheaded the company’s Web strategy and Internet
infrastructure development.
Chintu holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, along with Masters and Bachelor degrees in engineering.
James
Glessner
Board
Member and Co-Founder
Jim
Glessner’s professional experience includes the founding of
four companies over the past thirty years. Along with being co-founder
of Helium Networks, Jim is the co-founder and Chairman of TrackAbout, a
company that has commercialized a next-generation tracking system for
low-value physical assets.
Prior to TrackAbout,
Jim was a private consultant to industry doing technology architecture
as COSBO Industrial Design. This consultancy was an outgrowth of the 15
years Jim worked as a technology specialist for an industrial gas
distributor, Butler Gas Products Company. Jim's first company, Thought
Products, Inc. specialized in the design and manufacture of hand
weaving looms, benches and specialty furniture.
Jim holds a
Bachelors degree in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University.
